Job Title: Change & Adoption Lead - Microsoft Copilot
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months Rolling

Overview
We're looking for a Change & Adoption Lead to drive the successful introduction of Microsoft Copilot across a large organisation. You'll own the change strategy, lead adoption planning, run pilots and phased rollouts, and deliver communications and enablement that results in measurable user uptake.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change strategy for introducing Microsoft Copilot across the organisation
- Define and execute the adoption plan (personas, readiness, success measures, and rollout approach)
- Manage pilots and phased rollouts, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
- Create engaging communications to build awareness and drive adoption (campaigns, updates, FAQs, champions network materials)
- Design training programmes and learning paths for different user groups
- Track adoption, analyse engagement, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement materials and guidance
Key Skills/Experience
- Strong change management background (technology/digital change preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
- Proven experience in training design and creating enablement materials for varied user groups
- Strong communication strategy and content creation experience
- Demonstrable digital adoption experience (launching or scaling new tools/ways of working)
