Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will support the sales pipeline by researching prospects, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels, databases, and social platforms
  • Generate qualified leads through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods
  • Build and maintain lead databases and update CRM systems regularly
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups
  • Support campaign execution and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Hunter.io
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up schedules
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, recruitment, fintech, or IT services
  • Knowledge of email marketing and outbound sales strategies
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and pipeline management
  • Experience working with UK or international markets
  • Understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics
