iFindTech is a technology recruitment firm based in Brentwood. For 16 years we have placed software, AI, cloud and cyber security engineers with companies across Norway, Sweden, the UK and Europe. We are a small team, we are growing, and we are hiring a Resourcer to join us.

What you will do

• Find engineers for live vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and our AI powered CRM of more than 25,000 candidates
• Approach candidates by message and phone, and find out what they want from their next role
• Write up candidate profiles and shortlists for the consultants you support
• Keep the CRM accurate so the whole team can rely on it
• Learn how a recruitment process runs from first call to offer

What we are looking for

• A confident, clear communicator, in writing and on the phone
• Someone organised who finishes what they start
• An interest in technology, or a willingness to learn it quickly
• Experience in any customer facing, sales or administrative role is welcome, as are school leavers and graduates
