Service Delivery Manager , Cybersecurity
A fast growing UK cybersecurity business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a dedicated client team. You will take ownership of service performance across a key account, ensuring high quality delivery, strong client engagement, and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end to end service delivery across a key client account
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and clearly communicated
• Coordinate across SOC, engineering, and support teams
• Lead client service reviews, reporting, and escalations
• Drive continuous improvement and support onboarding of new services
Requirements
• 3+ years in IT or managed service delivery
• Strong experience managing SLAs and KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• ITIL Foundation and experience with ITSM tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced, client facing environment
• SC clearance eligible
Nice to have
• Cybersecurity or SOC environment experience
• Exposure to SIEM/XDR or incident response
