Project Payroll Advisor

What You’ll Be Doing- Helping to upgrade and implement new payroll systems – testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
 - Supporting the safe and accurate transfer of payroll data from old systems to new ones.
 - Spotting opportunities to improve and simplify how things are done, making payroll processes more efficient.
 - Working closely with project managers and teams across the business to hit key milestones.
 - Getting involved in projects that improve the experience for our clients and internal teams.
 - Keeping clear records and documentation as systems and processes evolve.
 - Providing training and guidance to colleagues on new systems and ways of working.
 - Offering hands-on support to the payroll delivery team when needed.
 - Helping review and redesign payroll processes to make sure they’re efficient, compliant, and ready for growth.
 
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re:
- Experienced in payroll operations or have been involved in payroll projects.
 - Comfortable with payroll systems and curious about how technology can make work easier.
 - Detail-oriented and organised, with a focus on accuracy.
 - A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.
