Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid Manchester (2 days per week)

My client, a forward-thinking digital transformation partner, is helping telecom and enterprise clients reinvent their customer experiences using the power of Salesforce. With a strong emphasis on platform excellence and scalable solutions, they are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to take charge of the architecture and development standards across Comms Cloud and CPQ Cloud.

As a technical leader, you'll define best practices, lead code quality initiatives, and ensure that the Salesforce ecosystem delivers high availability, security, and performance-while supporting rapid innovation.

• Define and document technical and functional standards for Salesforce Comms Cloud and CPQ Cloud.

• Take on a leadership role guiding the platform's evolution across a distributed development team.

• Enforce and improve coding standards and development best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.

• Conduct regular code reviews to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  

• Proven experience with Salesforce Comms Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Cloud.

• Strong technical background in Salesforce configuration, APEX, API integration, and data migration.

• Track record as a Lead Developer, enforcing development standards and mentoring teams.

• Proficiency in system architecture, data governance, and platform lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach.

• Clear understanding of enterprise integration patterns and secure coding practices.
