Role: Platform Engineer - Atlassian Specialist

Day Rate: up to 600/day (Inside IR35)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

We're looking for a Platform Engineer with deep Atlassian expertise to support one of the programmes within a central government department. You'll be responsible for managing, optimising, and evolving the Atlassian ecosystem that enables collaboration across a large technical landscape.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience administering Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in enterprise or government environments.
• Solid knowledge of AWS , Linux/Unix , and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub).
• Proficiency with Terraform , PostgreSQL , and scripting languages such as Python or Bash .
• Track record of maintaining secure, scalable , and well-documented environments.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
