Data Migration Specialist - Contract Role

Fully Remote | 3-Month Contract | 400/day (Outside IR35)

We're working with a leading organisation in the travel sector that's undergoing a major systems transformation. As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join them on a short-term contract and lead a critical migration project.

This is a fully remote role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering end-to-end data migration across legacy and modern platforms
• Conducting data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Collaborating with internal teams to map, cleanse, and transform data
• Supporting testing and reconciliation phases to ensure smooth cutover
• Documenting processes and contributing to knowledge transfer

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end data migration projects
• Strong skills in data analysis, mapping, and transformation
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
• Experience with travel industry data is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Airtable OR similar platform
