SC Cleared Delivery Manager (Contract)

Role: Delivery Manager

Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

Length: Initial 6-month

Clearance: Active SC clearance is preferred, or candidates must be SC-eligible

Location: London, Bristol, or Manchester (Hybrid; 2 days per week in the office) **Candidates based in Bristol or Manchester will be expected to attend the London office once every two weeks for project meetings.

We're supporting a major UK Government department that's looking for a Delivery Manager to join a cross-functional team focused on large-scale digital transformation and commercial efficiency.

You will support the PMO Lead with delivery governance and project administration. This is a fast-paced environment where you will:

• Manage project momentum in a rapidly evolving environment where requirements can shift quickly.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups and weekly project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and high-quality reporting cycles.
• Take ownership of risk/issue logs and project documentation using M365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Act as a proactive self-starter, happy to take on a range of tasks to ensure the team hits key milestones.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of Public Sector experience in a delivery-focused or PMO role, ideally on large-scale transformation projects
• A strong understanding of Agile principles and project management fundamentals is essential.
• Proficient in M365 applications and experienced in working within multi-disciplinary teams alongside senior leadership.
