Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who thrives on building genuine partnerships, solving commercial challenges, and taking ownership of growth within the motorcycle dealer market.

In this role, you won’t just be managing a list of accounts; you’ll be a trusted advisor to our Motorbike and Leisure dealers. You’ll spend your time on the road, meeting clients face-to-face to understand their unique needs and delivering modern digital solutions that help their businesses shift gear. If you have a sharp commercial mind, a resilient attitude, and a passion for hitting targets through high-quality service, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the Relationship: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing dealer accounts by uncovering their needs and presenting high-impact solutions.
  • Driving Revenue: Meeting and exceeding revenue, yield, and market share targets through disciplined sales execution.
  • Being the Face of the Brand: Conducting regular face-to-face meetings to build long-term loyalty and stay close to the “pulse” of the dealership.
  • Generating New Business: Identifying and converting new opportunities to expand our footprint in the market.
  • Insight-Led Planning: Using data, market trends, and competitor activity to build winning proposals and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborating for Success: Working closely with the wider commercial team, contributing to brand meetings, and sharing insights to help us all win.

About you

You take pride in your work and are driven by the satisfaction of seeing a client’s business grow because of your advice. You’re organised, calm under pressure, and you don’t just “sell”—you consult.

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Are a People Person: You enjoy the energy of face-to-face meetings and can adapt your communication style to anyone, from a mechanic to a Managing Director.
  • Are Data-Savvy: You use insights and CRM data to back up your intuition and inform your strategy.
  • Have Grit: You are resilient, positive, and take full responsibility for your outcomes, even when things change at the last minute.
  • Are a Planner: You maintain high standards of administration and reporting, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Understand the Industry: You have a genuine interest in the motorcycle or automotive market and keep a close eye on the competition.

Why join us?

  • Competitive Salary & performance-related incentives.
  • 7% Matched Pension Contribution.
  • Private Healthcare and well-being support.
  • Life Assurance Scheme (2x salary).
  • Birthday Day Off + 25 days holiday (with the option to buy/sell 5 days).
  • Long Service Awards: Extra holiday days for your loyalty.
  • Learning & Development: Dedicated support to help you level up your career.
  • A Collaborative Culture: We value your voice and offer a friendly, supportive environment where you can make a real impact.
