📍 UK – Hybrid (2 Days WFO / Weekly)

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Technology Architects with strong expertise in D365 CRM & Power Platform to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement D365 CRM architecture & solutions
• Work on configuration & customization (Plugins, JavaScript, Workflows)
• Develop using Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate)
• Build and manage Power Apps Portals
• Handle API integrations (Web API, WCF, Azure services)
• Conduct code reviews & design reviews
• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Manage application lifecycle & solution deployments

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 🧑 💻 15+ years overall IT experience
• ⚙️ 10–12 years in D365 CRM / Power Platform architecture
• Strong expertise in:
• D365 Architecture & Design
• CRM Modules
• JavaScript & Plugins
• Power Apps & Automation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
