We are looking for an experienced Configuration Consultant to join a leading client in London.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead client technical workshops related to platform configuration

✔️ Gather requirements and provide configuration estimates

✔️ Create technical configuration documentation and user stories

✔️ Configure the platform using JSON, HTML, Python, and proprietary front-end tools

✔️ Test configuration changes using Postman

✔️ Troubleshoot issues across test and production environments

✔️ Support production releases and prepare release notes

✔️ Resolve production support tickets and provide regular project updates

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical/configuration roles

✅ Hands-on experience with JSON, HTML, and Python

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience troubleshooting applications hosted on AWS infrastructure

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
