DevOps Engineer

-Significant Agile/Lean enablement experience -Scaled frameworks (SAFe/LeSS/Nexus) -Agile metrics and data; lead high-performing teams -Domain knowledge in M365 -Strong communication/facilitation/servant leadership -Jira at scale and knowledge of Azure DevOps -Adaptability -Collaboration across DevOps/QA and locations/time zones -Industry certifications in Agile/Lean/DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive collaboration, alignment and high-performance delivery within the SharePoint product area

• foster continuous improvement, embed agile practices, and remove impediments

• support the Product Group Owner with scaled agile team model; guide agile values/principles/frameworks

• collaborate with Product Owners/stakeholders to clarify priorities

• track metrics and implement improvement

• remove blockers and optimise workflows across teams

• support DevOps improvements (e.g., CI/CD and automated testing)

• encourage ownership and self-organisation

• • drive innovation through practices, tooling and related domains.
