Enterprise Technology Engineer (GRC) – ServiceNow Developer / IRM Architect
📍 Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite/week)
📅 Contract Duration: 6-12 Months
🔎 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong Integrated Risk Management (IRM) expertise to support operational risk controls within a global trading environment.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions—covering analysis, design, development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing operations—within Agile and DevOps-driven teams.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions for operational risk controls
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical configurations
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow backend components
- Ensure high-quality documentation for new and existing functionalities
- Support service reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Work within Agile and DevOps frameworks to ensure efficient delivery
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow backend development, including:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Proven experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC modules
- Experience with Workspace design and configuration
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk management processes (risk assessment, reporting, master data)
- Integration with Compliance & Audit modules
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
