Our client are a company revolutionising the way buildings operate through our intelligent SaaS platform focused on energy efficiency, indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring, and sustainable building management. They are now looking for an experienced SDR or BDE to join their growing team

The ideal candidate

  • The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge - PropTech, Sustainability, Energy
  • Have a strong network of contacts in commercial real estate, facility management, or related sectors
  • A proven track record of closing complex, high-value SaaS and HaaS deals

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to qualifying leads to closing
  • Develop and execute sales strategy plans
  • Experience selling in to Commercial real estate, property management, facility services

Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales
  • Ideally PropTech or smart building technologies
  • Sustainability SaaS related platform sales also ideal
