We’re hiring an experienced new business hunter to drive growth for a well-established SaaS business operating in the ERP, Finance and HR software space.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Selling enterprise or mid-market SaaS solutions into Finance, HR, Operations, or IT stakeholders
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline through outbound, inbound and partner-led opportunities
- Running high-quality discovery, demos and commercial negotiations
- Consistently delivering against new revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling ERP, Finance, or HR software solutions (SaaS essential)
- Strong track record in pure new business / net-new logo acquisition
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Comfortable with long, consultative sales cycles
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and outcome-driven
- Able to work remotely and manage a UK-wide territory
