Location: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days per week in Croydon, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester
Travel: At least once per week to London

We are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead a major enterprise transformation programme across technology, Finance and HR.
This is a senior programme leadership role with responsibility for the overall ERP programme, including programme governance, core delivery activity and dedicated Finance, HR and IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a large-scale ERP transformation programme across technology, Finance and HR.
• Build, resource and lead a skilled, delivery-focused programme team.
• Drive programme governance, planning, delivery and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
• Finalise the ERP Final Business Cases and lead them through the required approval process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear programme communication and reporting across stakeholder groups.
• Develop, secure approval for and deliver the Beta Phase plan.
• Oversee development, testing, operational readiness and business change activities.
• Monitor programme outcomes and ensure delivery remains aligned with the benefits identified in the Final Business Case.
• Manage dependencies, risks and priorities across Finance, HR, IT and wider programme activity.
Essential Experience
• Proven experience as an ERP Programme Director or equivalent senior programme leadership role.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Significant ERP programme experience, including Oracle and/or SAP.
• Experience delivering programmes covering new technology alongside Finance and HR functions and services.
• Strong programme governance, business case and delivery management experience.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary programme teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous public sector experience.
• Active SC Clearance.
Desirable
• Experience implementing Workday ERP.
• Experience leading ERP programmes through development, testing, operational readiness and business change phases.
Security Clearance
Candidates must hold SC Clearance. Due to the timescales associated with this programme, candidates with active and transferable SC Clearance will be strongly preferred.
This role requires regular onsite working. You will need to attend an office in Croydon, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester 2 to 3 days per week, with travel to London at least once per week for key stakeholder engagement.
