About the Role

As a Legal Technologist, youll be responsible for:

Collaborating with team members to configure applications, test solutions, and implement integrations

Supporting the wider team in increasing understanding of the firms legal tech products

Researching emerging tools and technologies that enhance product management and service delivery

Contributing to best practice initiatives and promoting innovation within the team

Recording and documenting business requirements

Preparing clear documentation and presenting it to team members & Stakeholders

About You

Youll must have Legal Systems Expertise, including:

Document Management Systems (DMS): e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint etc.

Case / Practice Management Systems (CMS / PMS): e.g. Peppermint CX365, Elite 3E, Aderant, Clio etc.

Experience configuring workflows, templates, and automation to support matter management.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): e.g. Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Contract Express etc.
