Our client, a major UK law firm, is looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to strengthen its Legal Operations and IT Service Management capability. This role will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional who thrives on process improvement, automation, and service excellence in a complex professional services environment.

The Role

Youll lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of ServiceNow workflows supporting IT, HR, Risk, and Legal Operations. This is both a technical and consultative role, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value to internal stakeholders and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the firms ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and custom legal workflows.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline matter intake, client onboarding, and internal support requests.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align ServiceNow processes with firm strategy.
• Lead user training, documentation, and governance for ServiceNow adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new ServiceNow modules and integrations.

About You

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow in a professional services or enterprise environment.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, workflow automation, and service delivery principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
