Location: Somerset (including Bridgwater, Taunton, and Yeovil)

Contract Type: 3 months - 6 months

Pay Rates: £18 - £25/hr (Inside IR35) via Umb

Requirement: Active Security Check(SC) Clearance or held in the past.

This role does not sponsor a Visa now or in the future.

Overview

We are expanding our pool of SC Cleared IT Support Engineers across Somerset to support upcoming secure-site IT projects and BAU operations.

Roles vary from project deployments to deskside technical support across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Manage user tickets and maintain SLAs.
• Build, configure, and deploy new devices.
• Work to structured site and security procedures.

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance required.
• Experience in desktop or field support roles.
• Excellent customer service and technical skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
