Location: Hampshire (including Portsmouth, Fareham, Basingstoke, and Winchester)

Contract Type: 3 months - 6 months

Pay Rates: £18 - £25/hr (Inside IR35) via Umb

Requirement: Active Security Check(SC) Clearance or held in the past

Overview

We have continuous demand for SC Cleared IT Support Engineers to work across multiple secure sites in Hampshire.

These roles include BAU support, hardware refresh projects, and end-user assistance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and floorwalking IT support.
• Handle Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Teams troubleshooting.
• Build and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support hardware repairs, stock control, and disposals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with security processes.

Requirements

• Current SC Clearance
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proven experience in IT support or deployment projects.
• Must be willing to work fully on-site.
