Location: Surrey (including Guildford, Woking, and surrounding areas)

Contract Type: 3 months - 6 months

Pay Rates: £18 - £25/hr (Inside IR35) via Umb

Requirement: Active Security Check(SC) Clearance or held in the past.

This role does not sponsor visa now or in the future.

Overview

We are looking to connect with SC Cleared IT Support Engineers in Surrey for upcoming contracts supporting secure clients.

This is a great opportunity to work on varied projects — from device rollouts to day-to-day user support — within professional and secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st/2nd line user support and troubleshooting.
• Configure, deploy, and support IT hardware and software.
• Log and resolve tickets in line with SLAs.
• Maintain and manage IT assets accurately.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams.

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (essential)
• Hands-on experience with hardware builds and software support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
