Junior eDisovery Analyst

Job Title: Junior eDiscovery Analyst

Location: Remote (UK) | Occasional Travel Required to Manchester

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + benefits

Break into eDiscovery with real client exposure from day one

We’re working with a fast-growing, boutique eDiscovery and digital forensics provider that’s just secured a major managed service contract with a leading law firm.

They’re now looking for a Junior eDiscovery Analyst to join a high-performing, close-knit team — offering end-to-end exposure, real client interaction, and fast career progression.

What you’ll be doing

This isn’t a siloed role.

You’ll be involved across the full eDiscovery lifecycle, including:

  • Supporting high-volume DSAR projects
  • Handling and processing client data in a defensible, structured way
  • Preparing datasets for review platforms (Relativity One, Nuix Discover)
  • Assisting with document review workflows
  • Supporting senior consultants on live client projects
  • Providing basic client support and communication

You’ll work across multiple projects at once — gaining exposure quickly and building real, valuable experience.

Tools & tech

  • Relativity One
  • Nuix Discover
  • One Discovery (new processing platform)

What they’re looking for

This role sits just above graduate level — ideal for someone with ~12–24 months’ experience or relevant exposure.

You might come from:

  • eDiscovery / litigation support
  • Digital forensics
  • Law firm / paralegal (with document review exposure)
  • Investigations / data-heavy environments
  • Experience of Relativity/Nuix

Key skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Basic understanding of data handling / file systems
  • Confident communicator (client-facing role)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive, curious, and keen to learn

Why join?

  • End-to-end exposure (not stuck doing one task)
  • Fast progression into a Consultant-level role
  • Work with a variety of live client projects
  • Fully remote flexibility
  • Supportive, agile team (no heavy corporate structure)

You’ll gain more experience here in 12–18 months than in many larger organisations.

The culture

This is a fast-paced, boutique environment:

  • Less bureaucracy, more ownership
  • Flexibility when things are quieter
  • Team pulls together when things get busy

Perfect for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and growth.
