SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Hatfield

Start Date: ASAP – end of this year

Rate: £675 per day (Outside)

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join a leading IT services organisation on a contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring deep expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise and SuccessFactors Employee Central .

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end project activities including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with HR business teams to capture requirements and design effective SAP-based solutions
• Develop and manage integrations between SAP HCM , SuccessFactors , and third-party tools
• Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and ensure alignment with best practices
• Work closely with developers to ensure technical delivery meets business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills & Experience Required:

• Certification in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, CATS, and Integrations
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Payroll (Gross/Net) and Time Management
• Ability to debug and enhance ABAP programs , user exits, BAdIs, and reports
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP, OData) and file-based integrations (CSV, XML)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects

• Contract runs until December 2025
• Hybrid/onsite working model based in Hatfield
