Contract: ASAP - Upto 6 months
Rate: upto £600 per day - Outside IR35 via Ltd
Location: Milton Keynes, UK(with occasional travel to other sites)
Onsite: 3–4 days per week
Required: Active Security Check(SC) Clearance
Checks: DVLA required
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality technical solutions within a secure UK Government environment. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, technical design, and close collaboration with customers and ServiceNow delivery teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on:
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across GRC / IRM / SPM modules
- Configure and customise the platform in line with best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Support testing, UAT, and successful solution delivery
- Produce clear technical documentation and support handovers
What We are Looking For
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
- Strong hands-on delivery across GRC, IRM, or SPM modules
- Solid understanding of platform configuration, APIs, and data structures
- Experience with JavaScript and web technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Ability to work in secure, stakeholder-driven environments
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications or accreditations
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to others
- Background in customer-facing consultancy roles
