We are looking for an IT Training & Technical Knowledge Specialist who enjoys creating clear, practical learning content that genuinely helps people. If you like writing simple guides, recording short how-to videos, and showing colleagues how to get the best out of their IT tools, this role could be an excellent fit.

This position also requires a solid technical background, including experience providing 3rd Line IT Support and strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

Your Responsibilities as an IT Training & Technical Knowledge Specialist

You will:

• Design and deliver IT training for new starters and support training during application rollouts
• Work closely with IT Support teams, using your 3rd Line experience to ensure training content is accurate, practical and technically robust
• Create clear, user-friendly guides, articles and short videos that simplify everyday tasks
• Help structure and maintain the firm's technical knowledge base
• Assist in testing new tools and applications before launch
• Play an important role in shaping how knowledge is captured, shared and improved across the organisation
• Provide occasional support or guidance on complex technical issues, particularly those involving Azure or infrastructure-related topics

What You Will Need

• Experience in IT training, technical writing, or knowledge management
• 3rd Line IT Support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and understand complex issues
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (administration, troubleshooting or support)
• Ability to explain technical topics in plain, simple language
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and iOS devices
• Confidence delivering structured training sessions, whether one-to-one, classroom-based or virtual

Nice to have (not essential):

Experience with ITSM knowledge bases, e-learning tools, video creation, or working in professional services.
