Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Location: UK-based (Remote with 1 – 2 days in office per month)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Visualfiles Developer to join the IT and Change team. This role will play a key part in the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of their Visualfiles Case Management System, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
This is a mostly remote position, with – 2 days in office per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain workflows within the Visualfiles Case Management System
- Work closely with business Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and automation processes
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
- Ensure best practice in development, documentation and change control
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Visualfiles (essential)
- Strong understanding of Case Management Systems within a legal environment
- Experience with SQL and database design
- Knowledge of workflow design, scripting and automation within Visualfiles
- Experience integrating Visualfiles with other systems (e.g. document management, finance systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Stakeholders
