Recruitment Consultant - US (Tech)
Who we are
inkorp are a 5 person agency based in Watford, England. Our focus is to place the best Software/AI/ML/Product hires across the US (NYC/SF).
The Role:
Your initial role will be focused on sourcing top tier candidates for VC backed start-ups and scale-ups. We're working with 40+ clients exclusively with an average fee size of $40K. We billed over $1M in revenue in our first year, with half of our team joining towards the end of the year!
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Watford area (literally 10 seconds from Watford Junction station - direct lines to London Euston) with opportunities for occasional remote work.
From day 1, you'll have access to the very best tools for you to be successful, such as Linkedin Recruiter, Bullhorn & multiple AI sourcing tools (with unlimited credits). - We have gone all in on these tools to make your job easier!
What we expect:
- 1+ years experience with a track record of you billing consistently in any market (ideally in Tech)
- Willing to travel to Watford Junction (or happy to support with relocation, we've done this before)
- Own entire recruitment pipelines from top to bottom
- You’re open to working US hours (ET/PT) - we start late/finish late
- You’re self-managed and structured in fast-moving environments
