Senior Business Development Manager

Job Purpose

Our Partner and Strategic Alliances aim to grow revenue by providing additional services to our customers that support the delivery of great consumer outcomes. An externally facing role that will be responsible for delivering against individual revenue targets across intelliflo video, ZeroKey and our data proposition. Lead the commercial execution and adoption of these propositions whilst managing and developing internal key stakeholder relationships within our customer facing, technical and support functions.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • intelliflo ‘data’ is a discrete revenue channel. We support institutions and market suppliers with data packages that help them grow their business and address regulatory challenges. The role holder will be expected to work with our partners to build and manage sales activities that result in revenue generation.
  • Intelliflo Zerokey is a development to reduce the need to rekey data across third party systems and platforms. Managing both existing and prospective providers to drive further revenue whilst supporting customer needs.
  • Intelliflo ‘video’ is an exciting development to deliver value to our customers and their clients using the latest developments in avatar media delivery. The role holder will drive adoption and the revenue objectives for intelliflo video in the UK.
  • Work with the wider team to help commercialise our flagship event through partnership and provider sponsorship.
  • Working with the wider team to support the growth of intelliflo store and other partnership offerings.
  • Support and be active in events organised by intelliflo or other industry partners.
  • Identify potential strategic partners that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Execute a comprehensive strategy for establishing and managing strategic alliances.
  • Support negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial agreements for our customers.
  • Develop and present business cases and financial models to support partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure that all Partner and Alliance arrangements meet the intelliflo strategic and financial objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key strategic partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for the propositions
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product & Customer Success) to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.
  • Provide regular reporting on revenue, risks and governance to direct report.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong network amongst SMFs in Asset Management and Insurance Companies.
  • Experience of building existing and new revenue streams

  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships.

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or related roles, preferably within Fintech/Financial services industry
  • Ability to travel as needed.
