Implementation Project Manager

Remote (UK) |Monthly client site visits | 10% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension + moreWe're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects across my client's technology portfolio.You'll manage customer implementations from project kick-off through to go-live and adoption, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. A key part of the role is delivering engaging customer training and onboarding, helping users build confidence and maximise the value of the solutions. You'll work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.What you'll bring:
  • Experience managing software implementation or technology projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience delivering customer training and onboarding, both remotely and in person.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with software integrations and data migration.
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Experience using CRM or project management tools.
