We’re looking for a Lead Customer Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our customer implementation and change portfolio. You’ll ensure projects and programmes land on time, in scope, on budget, and to a high quality standard — while shaping how our customers learn to get the most out of our products.
This is a hybrid leadership role: part portfolio/project management, part training and consultancy, part people leadership. You’ll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and your own team to turn complex requirements into clear implementation plans, effective training, and measurable success.
What you'll do- Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of customer implementations and change initiatives, including planning, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting
- Define and own the approach to customer learning — facilitation methods, learning materials, and how training effectiveness and adoption are measured
- Design and deliver training pathways that drive product uptake, satisfaction, and retention, refining them based on feedback and adoption data
- Translate customer needs into implementation plans, configuration decisions, training outcomes, and success criteria
- Lead day-to-day team operations: resourcing, prioritisation, timelines, and performance against target metrics, stepping in with corrective action when needed
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders and customers, acting as a trusted point of escalation and assurance
- Drive continuous improvement and embed best practice across the delivery function
- Contribute customer and delivery insight back into product development
- Proven leadership experience in a technology, implementation, or consulting environment
- Demonstrable portfolio and project management experience — planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery to time/scope/budget
- Experience designing and delivering training, including facilitation, learning material creation, and measuring effectiveness/adoption
- Background in veterinary or health industry preferred (or equivalent operations experience), with a strong grasp of end-user workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with complex technology products and translating them into practical customer outcomes
- 10% annual bonus
- Healthcare
- Pension
- Remote working (UK-based) with monthly client site visits
- A genuinely cross-functional role with real ownership over delivery and learning strategy
