Lead Product Manager

Lead Product Manager required by innovators within the Healthtech space. As a Lead Product Manager, you will work remotely (within UK) to play a pivotal role in leading (ie people leadership) & shaping the product portfolio, driving innovation and achieving strategic objectives. Managing a growing team of 4, as Product Manager you will be required to demonstrate good leadership as well as past experience in coaching others, establish best practise and ensuring successful development of new features, product iterations and building B2B/C solutions & delivery of the roadmap.

A strong background working closely with engineering (software) and/or as part of a SaaS company is key.

As Group Product Manager this will suit an experienced Lead Product Manager who enjoys people management and has a track record of successful product launches. A confident individual who enjoys the world of software, engaging with customers and putting their own footprint and principles within the growing product centric division.

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

* Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.

*Demonstrable experience in people management and team leadership.

* Dedicated to user-centred design processes

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Adept at using product management tools and methodologies.

* Deliver using agile development methodologies

This role will require you to be office based (Surrey) once month for strategy day.

This is a 12-month initial Fixed term remote position. Every possibility this will be extended or go permanent thereafter.
