Building on the strength of serving the leading UK and global real estate marketplaces, we are now looking to deepen and accelerate our growth across Europe.

The Role

We intend to hire an ambitious, entrepreneurial Sales Director with a track record of outperforming sales targets in SaaS, telco or technology, and a proven network within the UK and European real estate industry. You will own and grow the adoption of our AI and automation technology across real estate businesses in Europe and the UK — from portals and agencies to property developers and PropTech platforms.

With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially, meaning we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets. As you succeed, we intend to expand the sales team around you.

You will be focused on the following:

  • Work with executive management to build and implement a go-to-market plan that includes researching target customers, conducting outreach, producing forecasts, and building budgets to support.
  • Build your own pipeline and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide input on, and assist with, the development of market-specific content and collateral necessary for the sales process.
  • Support existing real estate marketplace and technology partners, ensuring win-win opportunities.
  • Deliver internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Keep CRM updated daily.
  • Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 5+ years of sales experience within the UK and/or European real estate industry.

    Essential Skills

    • Quantifiable track record of outperforming sales targets.
    • Deep familiarity with the UK real estate market, with working knowledge of European real estate markets such as Spain, France, Germany or Italy.
    • Technical understanding of how our services are used by customers, and ability to translate the benefits into easy-to-understand language for real estate audiences.
    • Metrics oriented - comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Organised. Hits deadlines. Consistent history of following up on opportunities.
    • Familiar with project management tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage - ideally Spanish, Italian, French or German.
    • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with the Office 365 Suite and CRM tools.
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry (portals, agencies, PropTech, property developers or related sectors).
    • Ability to travel within Europe and the UK.
    • Productive in a remote working environment.
