Programme Planning & Architecture Support Consultant (Housing Transformation)

Engagement Overview

A UK organisation is delivering a large-scale transformation programme involving significant changes to its property and customer service systems landscape. The programme includes the implementation of end-to-end solutions across:

  • Repairs & Maintenance

  • Stock Condition and Asset Management

  • Compliance systems

  • Introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support customer queries and requests

This engagement requires definition of integration points, data mastering and movement between platforms, and alignment of property hierarchy structures across multiple systems.



Scope of Services

The successful consultant will provide programme-level planning and architecture support, working alongside the Technology Lead to produce a structured delivery roadmap and associated governance artefacts. The focus is on defining and documenting deliverables to support supplier delivery and internal coordination.



Key Deliverables

  • A comprehensive integrated programme plan across the property transformation workstreams

  • A clear dependency map across systems, suppliers and internal teams

  • A detailed RACI matrix covering all workstreams and delivery responsibilities

  • RAID and governance documentation to support programme execution

  • Documentation of key integration touchpoints and high-level sequencing assumptions

  • Structured outputs that support supplier configuration activity



Required Experience

  • Strong experience producing programme plans for complex IT/business transformations and strong understanding of Project Management.

  • Solid understanding of solution architecture principles and systems integration

  • Experience working with multiple suppliers and delivery partners

  • Proven background in housing / property services environments

  • Strong knowledge of repairs, maintenance, asset management or compliance systems

  • Ability to translate high-level architecture into structured delivery documentation



Desirable Experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 exposure

  • Property hierarchy modelling experience

  • Experience working alongside architecture consultancies or enterprise architects
