Working closely with the IT Director and Head of IT, you will take ownership of the firm's applications estate and GenAI tools, ensuring they are deployed, optimised, and delivering real business value. This is your opportunity to shape the future of technology in a preeminent firm and directly influence how cutting-edge tools enhance legal services. What you'll do: Lead the design, implementation, and support of legal and AI applications, including iManage Cloud, Intapp, Litera, BigHand, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise Partner with senior stakeholders to identify efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions Evaluate and implement emerging legal tech and AI tools to drive automation and productivity Deliver user training, best practice guidance, and contribute to the firm's IT strategy Support finance systems, infrastructure, and occasionally cover out-of-hours support About you: 3 years' experience in applications engineering within legal or professional services Strong knowledge of legal applications and GenAI platforms Skilled in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra AD, and Windows Server Familiar with ITIL frameworks and service management tools Excellent communicator with strong troubleshooting and client service skills If you're eager to make an impact, drive innovation, and work at the forefront of legal technology in a dynamic, global environment, we'd love to hear from you.
