- 3rd Line) to join a growing London-based law firm that is investing heavily in technology and expanding its IT team.

This is a broad and exciting role where you will act as the senior escalation point within the support function, take ownership of MDM and Intune configuration, and provide hands-on support with Microsoft 365, Azure, and legal applications.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to major projects while developing your skills in 2nd/3rd line and infrastructure support.

While experience with servers, networking, or firewalls would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

The focus is on finding someone with strong support credentials and proven escalation experience, who has an interest in infrastructure and networking and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities Act as the escalation point for the support team, providing 1st/2nd line resolution across Microsoft 365, Azure, and core business applications.

Take ownership of Intune and MDM configuration, ensuring smooth rollout and management of laptops, mobiles, and tablets.

Provide user support (face-to-face and remote), delivering excellent service to staff at all levels.

Support and maintain key legal applications.

Assist with Azure and Office 365 administration (accounts, permissions, policies, security).

Contribute to IT projects, including major system rollouts and application implementations.

Build knowledge and gain exposure to infrastructure areas such as servers, networking, and firewalls alongside the Head of IT.

Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing across the IT team.

Required Experience Proven experience in a senior 1st/2nd line support role within a legal or professional services environment.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure.

MDM and Intune configuration experience (essential)
- confident in deploying and managing laptops and mobile devices.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users at all levels.

Networking, firewall, or server administration experience is a bonus but not essential.
