Role overview

The Growth Executive will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will identify new growth opportunities, experiment with acquisition channels, and help build scalable pipelines for the commercial team.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data, making it ideal for someone who enjoys testing ideas, analysing results, and finding creative ways to generate demand.

You’ll work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to identify high-value prospects, test outreach strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach and targeted campaigns
  • Research key accounts and decision makers within priority sectors
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team
  • Test and optimise new growth channels and messaging strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and lead generation initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and experiment with new approaches to improve conversion
  • Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in growth, sales development, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, experimental mindset with a willingness to test and iterate
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Data-driven thinking and curiosity about customer behaviour
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
