Operations Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The operations manager will build and maintain the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow ivee to scale efficiently - from programme delivery and client onboarding to internal tooling and team coordination.You will work across every part of the business, identifying inefficiencies, designing better ways of working, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. This is a role for someone who gets satisfaction from building things that just work - and who can see the big picture while staying on top of the detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, document, and optimise core business processes across delivery, sales, and operations

  • Own the systems and tools that support programme delivery and client management
  • Manage onboarding workflows for new clients, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
  • Identify bottlenecks across the business and implement scalable solutions
  • Work with the leadership team to set operational priorities and track progress
  • Support financial operations including forecasting, reporting, and vendor management
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give the team clear visibility on key metrics
  • Act as the central point of coordination across teams and projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-6 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, or a similar generalist role
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of building scalable processes
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data and able to use tools like Notion, Airtable, or equivalent
  • Strong communicator who can work across functions and levels
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias towards action
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
