Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SAS platform environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security
• Develop and optimize SAS programs using SAS Enterprise Guide and advanced SAS coding techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data and analytics solutions
• Perform routine platform maintenance, upgrades, and patching as required
• Support users with issues related to SAS applications and environments
• Work with Linux/Unix systems for scripting and automation tasks
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and YAML
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using Autosys
• Contribute to data engineering tasks using PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS-based tools
• Follow Agile practices for task planning, sprint execution, and delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAS Administration and SAS coding
• Proven expertise in managing SAS platforms and developing efficient SAS solutions
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting
• Solid understanding of modern data pipelines, cloud environments, and Agile practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead or support a team
• Team leadership or team coordination experience is highly desirable

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: £350.00-£400.00 per day
