We're expanding our London hub and looking for experienced Pega Lead Business Architects to join our growing team. You'll be working alongside some of the top Pega consultants in the UK and Europe, turning complex client challenges into scalable, high-performance Pega solutions.

What will you do?

• Design and deliver innovative Pega solutions for complex business needs
• Collaborate with senior Pega experts across the UK and Europe
• Perform detailed business and technical analysis to translate requirements into solutions
• Mentor and coach junior Business Architects, helping shape their growth
• Lead projects and support Agile delivery in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience leading Pega BA projects or teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to guide teams and manage relationships effectively
• Pega BA certification
• Based in London
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
