Pega Senior & Lead Business Architects – London, UK

We’re looking for two talented Pega Business Architects to join our London hub: one Senior and one Lead . You’ll work alongside some of the most experienced Pega consultants in the UK and Europe, transforming complex client challenges into scalable, high-performing Pega solutions .

What will you do?

• Design and deliver innovative Pega solutions for complex client needs
• Collaborate with top Pega experts across the UK and Europe
• Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to capture requirements
• Mentor and coach junior BAs, sharing your expertise and guidance
• Lead projects and contribute to Agile delivery in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

Senior Pega BA:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega BA
• Experience mentoring junior BAs

Lead Pega BA:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience leading Pega BA projects or teams
• Proven ability to guide teams and manage client relationships

For Both Roles:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Pega BA certification
• Based in London
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn
