🚀 Founding Operator - AI x Real Estate - Shoreditch, London (in-office) - £55k-£75k + Founding Equity

Property still runs on scribbles, spreadsheets and "sorry, we missed your call." My client is fixing that, building AI workers that handle tenant engagement, landlord outreach, compliance and maintenance autonomously, replacing decades-old agency workflows.

💰 $5.5m+ raised from top-tier VCs, already live with agencies across the UK and gaining traction in the US 🏅

Now they need their founding operator, the person who sits between the product and every customer and makes sure agencies actually adopt what's been built, not just sign the contract and quietly go back to their old habits.

You'll take new agencies from signed contract to fully live branch in under 7 days. You'll be in branch offices training negotiators and MDs face to face, building real relationships with people who've run their business a certain way for years and need someone patient, sharp and genuinely likeable to bring them round to a new one. You'll be managing multiple agencies at once, switching context fast, remembering who needs what and when, and building the certification and training materials from scratch as you go rather than working off someone else's deck.

There's no playbook here. You're writing it - turning a messy first onboarding into something repeatable by customer three, and refining it every time you learn something new on the ground. 📝

🛠️ You'll love this if you:

• Come from a CSM, Technical Account Manager, or coaching/training background, comfortable owning a large number of relationships simultaneously without dropping any of them
• Are a natural communicator, someone people warm to quickly and trust fast, whatever their technical comfort level
• Have real patience and a teacher's instinct; you can read a room, tell when something isn't landing, and adjust without making anyone feel stupid
• Pick things up quickly, comfortable getting hands-on with a new system without needing a technical background going in
• Want a founding seat, not a job description someone else already wrote, and are genuinely energised by building something from nothing rather than following an existing process

📍 In-office five days a week in Hoxton, with regular travel to agency branches across the UK.
