Property still runs on scribbles, spreadsheets and "sorry, we missed your call." My client is fixing that, building AI workers that handle tenant engagement, landlord outreach, compliance and maintenance autonomously, replacing decades-old agency workflows.

💰 $5.5m+ raised from top-tier VCs, backed by Entrepreneurs First, already live with agencies across the UK and gaining traction in the US 🏅

Now they need their founding operator, the person who sits between engineering and every customer and makes sure both sides win.

You'll take new agencies from signed contract to fully live branch in under 7 days. You'll be in branch offices training negotiators and MDs face to face, not sending onboarding emails. When something breaks, you're the one pulling logs and writing SQL before it ever reaches engineering. And everything you see on the ground goes straight back into shaping the product.

There's no playbook here. You're writing it - turning a messy first implementation into something repeatable by customer three. 📝

🛠️ You'll love this if you:

• Have a real CS background - comfortable reading Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, writing your own SQL
• Have already done the engineering thing and want to solve customer problems, not ship features
