About the team:

\n

The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximising final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically managing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.

\n

The impact you’ll have:

\n

Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will develop and implement data-led strategies that balance growth and profitability across trillions of potential package combinations. You will also help develop highly scalable revenue management capabilities to drive long-term commercial success.
Your day-to-day:

\n

    \n
  • \nDriving actionable insight from internal performance trends across key metrics (including Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and Trading Margin), diagnosing underlying drivers. \n
  • \n

  • \nEvaluating competitor propositions and market dynamics to sharpen our competitive edge across pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms. \n
  • \n

  • \nUncovering and quantifying new opportunities to unlock sustainable top-line growth and improve margin. \n
  • \n

  • \nDesigning and executing sophisticated experiments to optimise revenue management levers. \n
  • \n

  • \nCollaborating with other commercial teams to identify and influence broader trading opportunities, such as merchandising. \n
  • \n

  • \nPartnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to architect and build best-in-class, configurable pricing and packaging systems. \n
  • \n

  • \nCommunicating performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. \n

Your skillset:

  • \nExperience developing and implementing revenue management strategies in a fast-paced environment. \n
  • \n

  • \nHighly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen. \n
  • \n

  • \nStrong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and presenting complex analysis to support recommendations. \n
  • \n

  • \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams. \n
  • \n

  • \nA structured approach to work with exceptional attention to detail and organisation. \n
  • \n

  • \nA team player with a positive can-do attitude, happy to get involved. \n

Desirable:

  • \nKnowledge of travel industry offerings, pricing approaches, and commercial strategies. \n
  • \n

  • \nProficiency with analytical tools including: \n

    • \nData visualisation (Looker)\n
    • \n

    • \nSQL (our stack is based around BigQuery)\n
    • \n

    • \nCoding (Python, Github)\n
  • \n\n\n

  • \nKnowledge of statistics and experiment design.\n
