SOFI is “Meetings Reimagined.” As SOFI scales, high-quality and accurate templates are essential for delivering consistent and compliant outputs to our users.
Role Overview
We are recruiting an AI Template Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for candidates who demonstrate high performance, initiative, and the SOFI attitude.
You will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining the templates that power SOFI’s client outputs. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Insights teams to ensure templates remain accurate, well-structured, and aligned with industry expectations.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and confident using Microsoft Word. No prior experience in financial services is required — full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
• Build, edit, and maintain SOFI templates used across financial planning, reporting, and review workflows
• Ensure templates are accurate, compliant, and aligned with industry standards
• Prepare training materials and user guidance to support effective template usage
• Review client feedback and refine templates to enhance clarity and output quality
• Support Customer Success with template-related queries and troubleshooting
• Maintain clear documentation and version control across the template library
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance best-practice approaches and template consistency
What We’re Looking For
• Undergraduate degree (any discipline)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to high-quality work
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills (styles, structured documents, formatting)
• Comfortable with technology and confident learning new platforms
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear written outputs
• Methodical, organised approach to documentation and template management
• Familiarity with financial services, paraplanning or compliance is beneficial but not essential
• No prior experience required — full training provided
London Office
Our team is based in the heart of the City of London. We work in a hybrid environment and typically spend Tuesday to Thursday in the office.
