We are looking for students who enjoy filming, editing, presenting or documenting real moments. If you love social media and enjoy creating engaging videos, this is for you.
This is a paid opportunity for creative students who want to build a portfolio, gain experience and work with an exciting tech brand.
What you will create
Members of the Student Content Collective will produce content such as:
1. Intro Pitch Video
- A short creative video introducing mavera.ai
- You answer simple questions like:
- What is mavera.ai
- Who created mavera.ai
- How it saves time and money
- What makes mavera.ai reliable
- Where it can make the biggest impact
- Why businesses are adopting it so quickly
- Why ethical AI matters
This video forms part of your content portfolio with us.
2. The Maverick Community Video
- A fun and energetic video that explains:
- What the Mavericks do
- How much students can earn
- Why the community is exciting
- Challenges, games, socials and events
- Real opportunities to grow skills and build confidence
This video helps introduce new students to the community.
3. Event Takeovers
Cover our university events, outreach days, or partner meet ups. Film the highlights, capture the energy and create short clips for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
4. Social Media Shadowing
Follow a key member of the team for a day and capture their journey, reactions, behind the scenes moments and story content. Think of it as being a social media sidekick who documents and posts the best clips.
5. Creative Short Form Content
Trends, voiceovers, day in the life content, fun edits, community highlights and anything that brings our story to life.
Who we are looking for
You do not need professional experience. We want students who are:
- Confident or willing to try speaking on camera
- Comfortable recording content on phone or camera
- Creative and willing to experiment
- Reliable and able to deliver simple assignments
- Interested in AI, technology or content creation
