NHS Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analysts to support one of our NHS customers in the South of England on a number of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

To engage with operational services and stakeholders (clinical/non-clinical) to review existing processes and work effectively with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into specific objectives.

Required Experience:

• Strong Business Analysis background within the NHS
• NHS experience, any community health/mental health settings experience beneficial
• Experience of EPR systems, clinical systems, ePMA
• Demonstrable experience of Process Mapping – “As-Is”/” To-Be processes
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documenting “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes

Role Details:

• Start ASAP (January 2026)
• 3 Months
• Primarily Remote – would be required to go on site to collect kit, and for meetings 2-3 times a month.
