Sales DNA matters more than anything else here. Grit, curiosity, coachability, and a track record of hitting quota. Whether you're a seasoned AE with 2-4 years closing or a top-performing SDR ready to step up, if you can sell consultatively into operational buyers, this conversation is worth having.
