Who You Are
  • 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in SDR/BDR, quota-carrying, or outbound prospecting roles.
  • Fluent in German and English – you'll work with DACH customers daily.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset – you take action and move conversations forward.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven – comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Interested in technology and eager to learn about SaaS solutions.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
What You'll Do
  • Research and prospect new business across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with full context.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives across industries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
  • Participate in a structured training program designed to develop high-performing sales professionals.
