They are an established B2B software company in the governance, risk and compliance space. Their platform brings compliance, risk and audit work into one place, with AI taking on more of the routine effort. Enterprise customers across a range of sectors already rely on it.

They are hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in London to win and grow value-led deals with senior risk and compliance buyers.

The job, day to day:

🔹 Own mid-market deals end to end, from first conversation to signed contract

🔹 Build value-led business cases for risk-averse, multi-stakeholder buyers

🔹 Run structured discovery and qualification on every opportunity

🔹 Build and manage a clean, forecastable pipeline

🔹 Partner with product specialists to bring the platform to life in demos

What we need from you:

✅ 1-2 years closing B2B SaaS deals, with evidence of repeatable wins

✅ A clear, repeatable sales process you can talk through step by step

✅ A named methodology such as MEDIC, BANT or Command of the Message

✅ Confidence selling to regulated or technical buyers, or quick to learn

✅ A clear upward trajectory over the past two years

Base salary £50k - £60k plus a competitive commission structure. If you want a value-led sale in a market that is genuinely growing, this is it.
